Gemma attended Beanfield Comprehensive School in Corby where she stayed on to do English and Business Studies at A level.

On leaving school in 2000, Gemma started work at Seatons as a Legal Secretary whilst also studying for her CILEX at Tresham College. In 2008 Gemma passed her final CILEX exams and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Gemma then went on to qualify as a Solicitor by passing the SQE exams in 2024.

She is now the Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department and a Director of the firm. She enjoys working in a busy and successful Conveyancing Department.
