About: On leaving Kingswood Comprehensive School Shona attended Tresham College in Corby doing a Business and Secretarial Course. Shona then attended Tresham College in Kettering to do a BTEC National Certificate in Business and Finance incorporating Law and Sociology. Shona worked as a PA to the Managing Director of a small family run manufacturing firm from 1985 to 1994. Shona then joined Seatons in 1995 and initially worked for Mr Paul Seaton in the Criminal Department. She then joined the Matrimonial Department and worked for Sarah Chan in addition to working in the Criminal Department. In 1998 Shona joined the Personal Injury Department and now currently works as Legal Assistant to Adrian Chambers, a Partner and Solicitor in the firm.

First Job: Family Circle Chemist, Town Centre, Corby – Shop assistant
Hobbies: Too tired with 2 kids – sitting down and relaxing is a rare hobby
If you could change a law, which one would it be? Life should mean life – no leniency for good behaviour, if you’ve done the crime you do the time as they say.

Favourite group or band:Â At the moment it is Bruno Mars.
Ultimate holiday destination: On the beach with my husband and kids
Favourite book:Â No time to read now but love James Patterson books.
Favourite sport: Not really sporty but like watching gymnastics and I can imagine what it would be like to still be young and flexible
Most admired figure(s):Â Nobody famous, just people who save lives i.e. doctors, nurses etc.
Most admired historical figure(s): Maggie Thatcher…………..no only joking. Emily Pankhurst.

Personal ambition(s):Â To live long enough to see my children succeed in whatever they do.
What do you watch on TV? Eastenders
If you won the Lottery, how would you spend it? If it was a substantial amount I think I would spread it amongst my family, put some away and have a bloody big party.
Who is the most influential person in your life? My husband and my eldest son – they are wiser than I give them credit for.
