For providing general information and advice we charge an hourly rate of £300.00 + £60.00 VAT ( 20%) per hour.

Costs of Creating a Property Settlement Trust

The costs of setting up a Property Settlement Trust is quite expensive and is £2,750.00 plus VAT (20%) of £550.00 plus a Land Registry fee, which is calculated on a scale basis depending upon the value of the property; for registered properties this is usually around £100.00. Therefore, our costs would total £3,400.00 inclusive of VAT (20%).

This may seem expensive, but it is a one-off cost and is in effect, the cost of only three weeks of residential care fees.
