Job title – Director/Head Of Wills & Probate

James has been with Seatons for over 12 years and has been in our Private Client department since 2016. James can assist you with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and Residential Care Fee Protection.

Personal Information

On leaving school in 2010, James initially pursued a career in Plastering and qualified as a plasterer in 2012. However, shortly after James had a terrible Road Traffic Accident which left long terms problems with his wrist and so could no longer pursue this career path. He was advised to switch his career path to office work. James then joined the Seatons team in 2013 and has been with us ever since, progressing with his studies year after year.

He is now our Head of Department for Wills & Estates and a Director with the firm. He really enjoys spending time with his clientele and going the extra mile for them when necessary.
